First and foremost I am a wife and a mother. My family is my biggest blessing in my life and I am so very thankful for them. I have always loved to travel ever since I was little when my parents would take us on vacations and day trips. Travel always brought history and geography alive for me.
Today my husband Steve and I want to instill that same love of travel into our children. As he says "I work to travel." We consider it a hobby really. We both enjoy the time and research we put into planning out a trip almost as much as we love the trip itself. When the kids were really young we did a lot of Disney related travel and we learned some valuable tips that we are happy to share with you. As the kids get older we are venturing out more and look forward to taking them to different places and cultures.
We started our blog a few years ago as a way to start documenting our trips and also to share with others who would ask us for advice in planning their own trips. The blog continues to evolve as our family does. Right now Steve and I do all of the posting but someday I hope to have my kids share their favorite memories from our trips here too.
We don't profess to know everything. Ha! Far from it, and there are a lot of places we haven't been. However, we love the adventure and experiences we gain from our travels and will always be looking for the opportunity to travel wherever we are in life.
